#UAPBSoftball: Golden Lions Softball Home Opener vs. Western Illinois Rescheduled Due to Weather

PINE BLUFF, AR. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff softball team has announced schedule changes to its home-opening series against Western Illinois due to rain in the forecast.

The Golden Lions were originally scheduled to open the home slate on Friday, February 13, at 3 p.m., followed by a Saturday doubleheader at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. To avoid inclement weather, the series has been moved up with the following updated schedule:

Thursday: 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

All games will still be played at Torii Hunter Baseball/Softball Complex in Pine Bluff. Fans are encouraged to take note of the updated dates and times and come out to support the Golden Lions as they open the home portion of the 2026 season.
