PORTLAND, OR – Finding the pieces and putting them together along the way after a week long trip throughout the Midwest and the mountains, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff men's basketball team made their way back to the Lion's Den to prepare for a key matchup against Portland University at the Chiles Center on Thursday night.
 

Kylen Milton is leading the Golden Lions, who is averaging 16 points per game, shooting .440% from behind the arch. Milton is coming off two back-to-back double-digit games, scoring 24 points at Colorado State and 17 points at Wyoming, where he shot 62 percent from the perimeter.
 

Hustling on the floor well for Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Brandon Brown currently averages eight rebounds per game, including his incredible debut in a UAPB jersey, grabbing 14 rebounds against powerhouse Creighton.  The Golden Lions is coming off a road loss to Wyoming and looking to bounce back against the Pirates. 

The Golden Lions will match up against a Portland Pirate team with four players averaging in double figures. 
 

Portland is coming off a victory against SWAC foe Alcorn State with a close score of 62 – 58.

Tipoff is scheduled for 10 p.m. CT and will be aired on KRCW-TV and will also be available to listen on 910 ESPN-PORTLAND.
