AMES, Ia. - The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff men's basketball team continues their five-game, two-week road trip at Iowa State Sunday afternoon.

The Golden Lions (0-2) will look to get off to faster offensive start in the first half, scoring less than 20 points in the opening 20 minutes of each of the first two games. UAPB has finished strong, however, scoring 39 points in each game after halftime.
Shaun Doss Jr. led three players in double figures with 16 points, along with four rebounds and two assists. He is averaging 21.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in the first two games of the season.
Joshuwan Johnson posted his first double-digit scoring game and had season highs in points (13), rebounds (seven) and assists (four).
Dequan Morris added 10 points along with six rebounds.
The Golden Lions will be the season-opening opponent for Iowa State, which is coming off a 12-20 season which included a 5-13 mark in the Big 12 Conference. Rasir Bolton is the Cyclones' leading scorer among returnees, and is the third leading scorer among all Big 12 returning players at 14.7 points per game.
