Box Score STOCKTON, Calif. - An enormous 50-point second half comeback effort was not enough as the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff fell to Pacific by the score of 78-69 in its third game of the Men Against Breast Cancer Showcase. Reigning Southwestern Athletic Conference Player of the Week Martaveous McKnight finished with a team-high 18 points on 6-of-17 shooting from the field, including a game-high four 3-pointers in the loss.
Despite scoring only 19 points in the first half, UAPB stormed back and scored 50 second half points behind double-digit scorers McKnight (18 pts.), Charles Jackson (13 pts.), Travon Harper (12 pts.) and Cameron Posey (10 pts.), but the comeback effort fell short as UAPBÂ drops to 0-7 on the season.
Pacific's Miles Reynolds finished with a game-high 20 points on just 3-of-10 shooting from the field, but nailed 13-of-15 from the charity stripe to help his team secure the victory.
