Box Score WASHINGTON, D.C. (Nov. 17) - The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Men's Basketball team dropped a 61-41 decision to George Washington University, here Friday night at the Charles E. Smith Center.
 
UAPB (1-2) was led by both Ghiavonni Robinson and Marcus Wallace with nine points each, followed by Kennedy McKinney with seven and Joe'Randle Toliver with five.  McKinney led the team in rebounds with six and both Toliver and Kennedy led the team in assists with three each.
 
GW (3-0) was led by Tyler Cavanaugh with 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Collin Smith added eight points and pulled down seven rebounds.    Cavanaugh led the team in assists with three.
 
UAPB trailed GW 30-18 at the half with the Golden Lions finishing the first half shooting 24.1 percent (7-of-29), while the Colonials shot 31.8 percent (7-of-22). 
 
The Golden Lions finished the contest shooting 26.7 percent (16-of-60), while the Colonials shot 35.6 percent (16-of-45).
 
The Colonial controlled the boards as they outrebounded the Golden Lions 55-32.
