Box Score PINE BLUFF, Ark. (March 2) - The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff celebrated senior night in dramatic fashion with a 64-62 win over Jackson State, here Monday night at the H.O. Clemmons Arena.

Marcel Mosley nailed a three pointer to give the Golden Lions a 62-52 lead over the Tigers  with 4:39 left in regulation.Â

In the final three minutes of regulation, JSU used a 10-0 run to tie the contest at 62-62 on a pair of made free throws by Kaven Bernard with 1:18 left in the contest.

JoVaughn Love rebound and put back on a Thaddeus Handley three point attempt as time expired, gave the Golden Lions a 64-62 win over the Tigers.Â

In the first half of play, JSU jumped out to an 11-7 lead on Bernard layup with 14:00 left in the first.

UAPB regained the lead with a Mosley three pointer at the 10:29 mark of the half, giving the Golden Lions a 17-15 lead. The Golden Lions then extended their lead to 23-17 on a
Ghiavonni Robinson three pointer with 9:19 left.

JSU pulled within one on a Janarius Middleton layup with 7:30 left cut UAPB's lead to 25-24.

UAPB ended the half with a 14-6 run to take a 39-30 lead into the break.

The Golden Lions finished the first half scoring 12 points in the paint, eight points off of turnovers, nine second chance points and two bench points.

UAPB finished the first half shooting 43.6 percent (14-of-29), while JSU shot 44.4 percent (12-of-27).

JSU opened the second half with a 9-0 run to tie the contest at 39-39, capped off by a Dontaveon Robinson jumper with 16:32.

UAPB recaptured the lead on a
Tevin Hammond three pointer, giving the Golden Lions a 42-39 lead with 15:46 left in the half. The Golden Lions then extended their lead to 50-43 on a Handley dunk with 10:23 left, capping an 11-4 run by UAPB.

JSU (10-19, 8-8 SWAC) had a pair of Tigers to score in double-figures with Middleton scoring a team high 16 points. Behind him was Bernard with a 14 points. Yettra Specks led the Tigers on the boards with eight, while Bernard dished out a team high five assists.

UAPB (11-20, 8-9 SWAC) had three Golden Lions to score in double-figures with a Mosley scoring a game high 20 points, followed by both Handley and Robinson with 11 points each for the Golden Lions.
