Box Score Stillwater, OK. - Up against a fierce, full-court defensive effort from Oklahoma St., the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff fell to the Cowboys 86-72 in non-conference men's basketball action at the Gallagher-Iba Arena on Monday night.

JoVaughn Love scored 21 points and added seven rebounds, while Trent Whiting contributed with 14 points and seven rebounds for UAPB.

The Golden Lions (1-1) stayed within striking distance for almost the entire contest, keeping the margin under 14 points until the final minute and drawing as close as seven with 5:23 to left to play.
