PINE BLUFF, AR. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff football team will head to Conway this Saturday, September 6, for an in-state showdown against the Central Arkansas Bears at Estes Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m. CST, marking the third meeting between the two programs since 2023.

Bouncing Back After Season Openers
Both teams enter Saturday's matchup looking to regroup after tough road openers against FBS competition.
- UAPB fell at No. 23 Texas Tech in its season opener. Quarterback Christian Peters finished 17-of-33 for 123 yards and a touchdown, while wideout Ellis Stewart hauled in a late score. On defense, Azayvonne Stribling led with six tackles, while Kyle Knox and Na'il Johnson added five each.
- UCA dropped its opener at Missouri, 61–6. The Bears managed two field goals and now turn their attention to defending home turf in Conway.
