This prestigious opportunity gives participants valuable insight into a wide range of careers in professional football.
Throughout the virtual event, attendees will take part in keynote lectures and panel discussions led by NFL leadership and club executives, engage in résumé-building and skill-development workshops, and network with peers nationwide who share a passion for working in sports.
This year's selections highlight the NFL's continued commitment to strengthening relationships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and creating pathways for diverse talent within the sport. The initiative reflects the league's dedication to inclusion, professional growth, and expanding opportunities at every level of the game.
