Soccer Falls to Oral Roberts

Box Score TULSA, Okla. - The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff women's soccer team dropped their first road game of the season 7-0 against Oral Roberts at the Case Soccer Complex Saturday evening.

In the sixth minute of play, ORU (1-1) scored to take a 1-0 lead against UAPB. The Golden Eagles would go on to add five more goals in the first half.

Though the Lady Lions (1-1) weren't able to get on the scoreboard against a good ORU team, they managed to fight hard and hold the Golden Eagles to one goal in the second half.

Freshman Trinity Taylor led UAPB with 10 saves.

The Lady Lions will return home to Pumphrey Stadium Monday to take on Louisiana Tech at 5 p.m
