The University of Arkansas At Pine Bluff men's basketball team concludes non-conference play in a Sunday night game at Washington St.

The Golden Lions last played last Saturday in an 86-53 loss at North Texas. Nicholas Jones came off the bench to score a team-high points in providing additional depth to head coach George Ivory's team, which begins SWAC play at next Saturday in a 4 p.m. game at Mississippi Valley St.
 
Dequan Morris was the other UAPB player in double figures with 12 points, and Marquell Carter posted seven rebounds.  
 
Markedric Bell leads the Golden Lions averaging 9.3 ppg., followed by Morris at 8.8 ppg., and Carter at 8.7 ppg.
 
Washington St. (8-4) is undefeated in the month of December, posting five straight victories. C.J. Elleby (19.9 ppg) leads three players in double figures and also leads WSU in rebounds (6.7). Isaac Bonton (12.7 ppg, 4.3 rpg) and Jeff Pollard (10.1 ppg, 5.2 rpg) also average in double figures.
