FOOTBALL: Harris Named To 2013 SBN BCAA All-American Team

Jer-ryan Harris made a saving tackle to stop JSU for a first down
Pine Bluff, AR.- UAPB Jer-ryan Harris (6-2 240, Sr., Memphis TN) was named to the 2013 SBN Sports Black College All-American (BCAA) Team, announced by the American Urban Radio Networks and its partner, the Black College Football Hall of Fame.

Harris rated one of the Division I FCS top linebackers and was the field general on and off the field. The senior from Memphis, Tennessee finished the season with 107 total tackles, 3 tackles for losses, a forced fumble for a 37 yard return TD score, and one QB hurry. He was named SWAC Defensive Player of the Year 2013 and named to the 2013 HSRN All- American Team.

This award was Harris third of the post season.
