HUNTSVILLE, Ala.- The Lady Lions basketball team dropped a 64-44 decision to the Alabama A&M Lady Bulldogs on Saturday.
 
Chigozi Okwumabua led all UAPB scorers with 13 points while fellow teammate Jenise Gentry chipped in 10 points. The Lady Lions committed 28 turnovers which led to 22 AAMU points.
 
Arkansas-Pine Bluff also struggled from behind the arc connecting on just 1-of-9 attempts. The Lady Lions will look to rebound as they travel to Montgomery to face the Alabama State Lady Hornets.
