PINE BLUFF, AR.- At the intersection of excellence, service, and leadership stands Gregory Clerkley, a junior standout for the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff men's track and field program whose impact reaches far beyond the track.

Clerkley, affectionately known as Keshawn, was selected as a nominee for the Allstate NACDA Good Works Team (Winter), a national honor that celebrates student-athletes across all divisions and sports who demonstrate exceptional commitment to community service, academic achievement, and athletic performance. The recognition places Clerkley among an elite group of young leaders who are redefining what it means to be a complete student-athlete.

A native of Waxahachie, Texas, Clerkley has embraced his role at UAPB as more than just a competitor. As a student-athlete representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), he serves as a voice for his peers, helping bridge communication between student-athletes and athletic department leadership. His involvement reflects a deep sense of responsibility and a desire to help shape a positive, inclusive experience for all Golden Lions.

Equally impactful is Clerkley's dedication to community service. He has consistently stepped forward as a leader in service initiatives, giving his time and energy to efforts that uplift the Pine Bluff community. Whether working behind the scenes or leading by example, Clerkley approaches service with humility and purpose, understanding the influence student-athletes have as role models.
