PINE BLUFF, AR.- Pine Bluff, AR - Senior
Caleb Snowden high jumper from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Men's Track & Field team is set to compete for the NCAA Indoor Championship title for the second consecutive year.
The championship will take place from Friday, March 14, 2025, to Saturday, March 15, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia on ESPN +. Snowden is set to compete Saturday at 11:00 am CT.
"It's honestly a dream come true to have another opportunity to make history," said Snowden. "Just getting the experience from last year it just gives me motivation to win it this year."
Last season, Snowden made history by earning All-American honors after finishing in second place and setting a school record. He achieved a personal best jump of 2.24 meters in last year's championship, while earlier this season, he recorded a leap of 2.17 meters at the UAB Invitational.
"With Caleb's work ethic, he has a strong chance of bringing home the title," said UAPB head track & field coach Chris McCoy. "Caleb is a competitor both on and off the track, and it has been a joy to work with him throughout his career."
