After her tenure at Walmart, Michelle returned to Pine Bluff in 2018 to serve as the Disaster Program Manager for the American Red Cross of Arkansas. In this role, she participated in responses to three national disasters and served on the Task Force for Jefferson County for two years. Additionally, she was deployed as a Transportation Supervisor, managing daily travel operations for disaster response teams.
In 2021, Michelle returned to UAPB and worked in the School of Education as an Administrative Assistant II and III. There, she played a vital role in recruitment, travel coordination, educational initiatives, graphic design, and digital marketing.
