#UAPBWomensHoops Loses To Alcorn

LORMAN, Miss. - The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff women's basketball team lost at Alcorn 72-52 Monday afternoon.

Khadijah Brown posted her sixth double-double of the season with 17 points and a career-high 16 rebounds and was the only Golden Lion in double figures. Jazzeem Bethea scored nine points, and Mariquita Cotten added seven.

UAPB never led in the contest, trailing 21-7 after one quarter and 38-17 at halftime and were unable to close the gap to single digits in the second half.
