UAPB Men’s & Women’s Tennis Team Hit The Road To Take On Another Ranked Opponent

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff men's and women's tennis team will be on the road this weekend against Arkansas and Oklahoma.

The men's team will play the Razorbacks in a double-header matchup Friday at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Billingsley Tennis Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This will be the second meeting between the two teams in the history of the programs.

Both the men's and women's will travel to Norman, Oklahoma Saturday for a 5 p.m. start against the Sooners at the Headington Family Tennis Center.

The Lady Lions are coming off a defeat to North Alabama, and the Sooners are coming into the match on a two-game winning streak.

On the men's side, UAPB suffered a non-conference loss to North Alabama. Oklahoma comes into the match ranked No. 32 in the country, and this will be the second-ranked opponent the Golden Lions have faced this season.
