#UAPBM/WTENNIS SEASON RECAP

The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff men's and women's tennis season was just getting started when the season came to an early end.

The Golden Lions was just wrapping up one of the toughest non-conference schedules in the conference, with teams such as Arkansas, Middle Tennessee, and Oklahoma.

Due to COVID-19, both squads did not have the opportunity to play the second half of their schedule or participate in any postseason play.

Kelsea Bakash led the Lady Lions on the court, winning a tough set in her first match against #31 Middle Tennessee.

Darrien Ledbetter led the men's, winning a set against #31 Middle Tennessee and going toe-toe in singles competition in the matchup against North Alabama.
