UAPB Men’s Tennis Team Defeated Mississippi Valley, 5-0

Baton Rouge, La. - The Golden Lions came out strong in singles competition carried through in UAPB's 5-0 triumph over Mississippi Valley on the campus of Southern U.

Le' Darrien Ledbetter and freshman Thomas Harris continue solid play in No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively, as Ledbetter defeated John Sansing, 6-0, 6-0 and Thomas posted a 6-0, 6-0 decision over Jessie Bryant.

Simon Lewis followed with a 6-0, 6-1 No. 3 singles victory against Rodarious Turner while Junius Ross collected a solid win over Jerrel Horner 6-0, 6-0.

Kameron Myers concluded action with a hard fought win 6-1, 6-4 in the No. 5 decision over Milovan Topalovic.
