Personal: Mica Armatha Franklin was born in Laughton, Oklahoma on April 7, 1990 and raised in San Antonio, TX. She is the daughter of Gloria Abram and Ernest Franklin. She comes from a large family of 7 brothers. Mica is a Biology major and plans to one day become a surgeon and play AVP volleyball. She has been playing volleyball for 7 years. Her favorite color is yellow and her favorite athletes are Katie Wilkins (Volleyball Olympian) and Tracy McGrady.
