2025 (Redshirt Freshman – Mississippi Gulf Coast C.C.):
Appeared on the defensive line for Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, seeing action during his redshirt freshman season against MACCC competition. Continued his development in one of the nation's premier junior college football programs while gaining valuable collegiate experience before transferring to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

2024 (Freshman – Mississippi Gulf Coast C.C.):
Redshirted during his first collegiate season, using the year to develop within the Bulldogs' defensive line unit while learning the system and preparing for game action.

High School:
Graduated from Meridian High School in Meridian, Mississippi, where he was a one-year varsity starter on both the offensive and defensive lines. The 6-foot-3, 350-pound lineman showcased his versatility by playing offensive tackle and defensive tackle against Mississippi Class 7A competition. In addition to football, Brooks competed in track and field and earned A/B Honor Roll recognition during his prep career.
