Biography

2026 (UAPB): Transferred to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff after two seasons at Northwest Mississippi Community College. Joined the Golden Lions following a productive sophomore campaign in which he established himself as a disruptive presence at linebacker. 

2025 (Northwest Mississippi CC): Put together a breakout sophomore campaign for the Rangers, appearing in 12 games and recording 46 total tackles, including 22 solo stops and 24 assists. Finished with 7.0 tackles for loss for 49 yards, 3.5 sacks for 40 yards, one fumble recovery, three quarterback hurries and one pass breakup.

Recorded a career-high eight tackles with a tackle for loss against Hutchinson in the postseason. Posted seven tackles against East Mississippi and five against Copiah-Lincoln. Recorded sacks against Pearl River, Northeast Mississippi and Mississippi Delta. Finished the Northeast Mississippi game with four tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss and a sack.

2024 (Northwest Mississippi CC): Helped Northwest finish 10-2 overall, capture the MACCC Championship and advance to the NJCAA Division I Football Playoffs during his freshman season. According to his Northwest player bio, appeared in 11 games and totaled 17 tackles, two forced fumbles, one tackle for loss and one interception. Recorded a season-high four tackles against East Mississippi.

Returned an interception 18 yards for a touchdown against Itawamba and also forced a fumble during Northwest's NJCAA playoff game against Iowa Western.

Northwest Mississippi CC Career: Developed into a productive member of the Rangers' defense over two seasons, highlighted by a sophomore campaign featuring 46 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks. Also recorded an interception return for a touchdown, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery during his Northwest career.

Academic Honors: Excelled in the classroom at Northwest, earning NJCAA First-Team All-Academic and Distinguished Academic All-MACCC honors. Was also named to the President's List and Athletic Director's Honor Roll during both the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters.

High School: Played at Amory High School in Amory, Mississippi, where he was one of the state's most decorated defenders. Earned three-time All-State, All-Area and All-Region honors and was named Defensive MVP three consecutive years.

As a senior, helped lead Amory to a 9-2 record and a runner-up finish in the MHSAA Class 4A State Championship. Following his senior campaign, was selected to participate in the Bernard Blackwell All-Star Football Classic.
