2026 (Redshirt Junior – UAPB):
Returns to the Golden Lions after gaining valuable collegiate experience during his first season with the program. A versatile athlete, Richards continues to develop as a wide receiver while contributing on special teams.

2025 (Redshirt Sophomore – UAPB):
Appeared in two games during his first season with the Golden Lions. Recorded his first collegiate reception for eight yards against Lincoln (Calif.) and added one rushing attempt. Also contributed on special teams, recording one tackle while gaining valuable experience in multiple phases of the game.

2024 (Redshirt Freshman – Maryland):
Remained with the University of Maryland as a redshirt freshman wide receiver, continuing his development within the Terrapins' program while competing in the Big Ten Conference.

2023 (Freshman – Maryland):
Redshirted during his true freshman season and developed within the Terrapins' program while preserving a season of eligibility.

High School:
Graduated from West Orange High School in West Orange, New Jersey, where he established himself as one of the state's top all-around athletes. Ranked as the No. 4 wide receiver in New Jersey, Richards earned 2022 First Team All-Super Essex Conference honors following his senior season. As a junior, he caught 21 passes for 388 yards and eight touchdowns over 11 games while starring on both sides of the football. Defensively, he recorded 50 tackles and four interceptions, showcasing his versatility and playmaking ability. His outstanding prep career attracted NCAA Division I scholarship offers from Maryland, Syracuse, Wake Forest, Temple, Buffalo, and UConn before signing with the Terrapins.
