Steve Wallace enters his second season with the Golden Lions as Offensive Line Coach.
Before coming to UAPB, Coach Wallace was the Offensive Line Graduate Assistant at Auburn University. He had a chance to work under SEC Coaching Legend Will Friend. During the mid-season coaching change, Wallace was promoted to Offensive Line Coach when Friend took over Offensive Coordinator duties. Auburn finished Top 5 (FBS) in total yards rushing when Coach Cadilac Williams took over the season's last four games.
Prior to joining the Auburn staff, Wallace was a part of the transition stage of turning Arkansas Baptist College into an NAIA school from a Junior College program.
In his first coaching stint at Millsaps College, Wallace coached both Inside Linebackers and earned All-Conference honors.
Wallace started his coaching career at Auburn University as a Graduate Assistant under Gus Malzahn in the Player Personnel department.
