Pierre Ingram joined the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff football staff as wide receivers coach in 2025 and, following an impressive first season, was promoted to Co-Offensive Coordinator (Play Calling) and Quarterbacks Coach by Head Coach Alonzo Hampton in 2026.
In his first season with the Golden Lions, Ingram helped elevate the passing game while mentoring one of the SWAC's top receiving threats. Under his guidance, wide receiver D'Avery Robinson emerged as one of the conference's premier playmakers, earning 2026 Preseason First Team All-SWAC honors.
The son of the late Lt. Colonel Sebastian Ortarry Ingram, Ingram brings more than 17 years of collegiate and professional coaching experience to UAPB. Before arriving in Pine Bluff, he spent a decade as the Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach for the Fujitsu Frontiers in Japan's X-League, where he helped establish the organization as one of the nation's premier professional football programs. During his 10-year tenure, the Frontiers captured seven X-League championships while consistently ranking among the league's most explosive offensive teams.
Prior to his success overseas, Ingram built an impressive collegiate coaching résumé, highlighted by his tenure at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2015, he served as the Golden Bears' Passing Game Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach after spending the previous two seasons as Run Game Coordinator and Running Backs Coach.
During his time at Cal, Ingram played a key role in the development of one of the Pac-12's top rushing attacks. In 2014, running back Daniel Lasco rushed for 1,115 yards and 14 touchdowns, becoming the program's first 1,000-yard rusher since 2011. Lasco's rushing total ranked ninth in California single-season history, while the Golden Bears improved 23 spots nationally in rushing offense, showcasing Ingram's impact on the program's offensive production.
