Biography
Incoming Sophomore 2010: Kaitlin Morin is entering her second season at UAPB as a key leader of the Golden Lion defense. She helped capture UAPB’s first Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship and a National Tournament appearance for the first time in school history.
Freshman (2009): Played in 23 matches… Started in 23 matches… 1 Assist for a total of 1 point… Tenth on team in shots… First collegiate Assist on win over Alcorn State University… Earned Academic and Athletic Excellence Award… Freshman of the Year… Member of UAPB first Conference Tournament Championship… Member of UAPB first National Tournament appearance in school history.
High School: Standout High School Athlete at St. Marys College... Competed in soccer, basketball, volleyball and track and field… Soccer team won the City Championships… Female Athlete of the Year… Percy Bedford Award, which is the City Female Athlete of the Year… 2 time MVP for volleyball and went on to win the City Championships… Female Athlete of the Year and Female Track Athlete of the Year… 3 time Hazel Morrison Award for track.… Qualified for OFSAA Championships all four years for track and field for the 100,200 and 400meters… Placed 8th in the 400 meter at OFSAA.

Personal: Kaitlin Desiree Morin is from St. Marys College, Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada. She was born on March 23rd 1991. She is the daughter of Deborah Trumble and Andre Morin and has a sister Stephanie. Kaitlin plans to major in Nursing
