2016-2017 Season:  Head saw action in 29 games, earning a starting position in 13 of those games. She finished the season averaging 10.3 points, 5.4 rebounds. 0.8 assist, 0.7 steals, 0.2 blocks, and 23.6 minutes per game.  Ranking her 26^th in the conference in scoring, and 17^th in rebounds.  She scored in double digits 19 of the 29 games she played in this season. She also managed to record three double-doubles over the course of the season. Head scored a season high of 25 points in a contest against Philander Smith (12-10-16) and 18 at Prairie View A&M (2-20-17).  She snagged a season high of 11 rebounds against Alabama State (1-9-17) and Texas Southern (1-21-17) and recorded a season high of three steals against Jackson State (1-30-17) and two in the second competition against Jackson State (2-27-17).
