PINE BLUFF, Ark. — The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Men's Basketball team has officially announced its 2025–26 schedule.

Head Coach Solomon Bozeman, entering his fifth season leading the Golden Lions, is eager to guide his squad into another year of growth and competition at the highest level. "I'm thrilled about what lies ahead this season. Our players and staff have invested countless hours into preparation, and the focus and drive within our program are unmatched. This team has embraced the values of resilience, discipline, and togetherness, and I'm confident that will show in how we compete. We're eager to step on the court, proudly represent our university, and bring our fans a brand of basketball they can rally behind. The road will test us, but we welcome every challenge and are determined to make this season one to remember."

The Golden Lions will open the year with an exhibition appearance at the Central Arkansas Tip-Off Classic on October 17 against Little Rock before beginning a demanding nonconference slate. UAPB will travel to Washington on November 3, Portland on November 6, and Loyola Marymount on November 8 before heading to Oklahoma on November 11 and Vanderbilt on November 15. The Golden Lions continue their road swing at SMU on November 18, Marshall on November 21, and Miami (OH) on November 23 before resuming play at UIC on December 3 and DePaul on December 6. The nonconference slate wraps up with trips to Tulsa on December 10 followed by home contests against Ecclesia on December 15 and Champion Christian on December 17.

Conference play begins on January 3 when the Golden Lions host Alabama A&M, followed by another home game against Alabama State on January 5. They then travel to Texas Southern on January 10 and Prairie View on January 12before returning home to host Florida A&M on January 17 and Bethune-Cookman on January 19. The Golden Lions go back on the road to face Southern on January 24 and Grambling on January 26, finishing January with a trip to Mississippi Valley State on January 31.

February opens with a home stand as UAPB hosts Alcorn State on February 7 and Jackson State on February 9. The Golden Lions then travel to Alabama State on February 14 and Alabama A&M on February 16 before returning to H.O. Clemmons Arena for games against Texas Southern on February 19 and Prairie View on February 21. The team's final home contest of the regular season comes on February 28 against Mississippi Valley State. UAPB will close out the regular season with a road trip to Jackson State on March 3 and Alcorn State on March 5.

After the game on March 5, the Golden Lions and the rest of the conference will turn their attention to the postseason: the SWAC Tournament will begin on March 9 in Atlanta, Georgia, with all 12 teams set to compete for the conference crown.

With a challenging nonconference slate and an intense SWAC schedule ahead, Coach Bozeman's Golden Lions are determined to deliver an exciting brand of basketball to UAPB fans. The team's blend of experience, toughness, and drive is primed to make 2025–26 a season to remember for the Golden Lions.
