#UAPBSoftballl: Kayla Adams Dominant for UAPB in Shutout Win Over Texas A&M-Commerce

COMMERCE, Texas --Freshman Kayla Adams was dealing on Wednesday, throwing a one-hit shutout to lead the UAPB Lady Lions over the Texas A&M-Commerce Lions 4-0.

Adams (8-4) went the distance for UAPB, giving up one hit, walking three and striking out eight.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Lady Lions took the lead for good in the fifth, scoring for the first time in the inning.

The Lady Lions also added a run in the seventh inning to complete their scoring in the ballgame.
