PINE BLUFF, AR -  The University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff lost to Mississippi Valley State 3-1 Friday at home at Pumphrey Stadium.

How it Happened

Mississippi Val. broke the 0-0 tie when Liana Bryant scored in the minute.

The Lady Lions levelled the game on a goal from Denisse Quintanilla -- her second goal of the season -- in the 53rd minute, assisted by Brooke Gonzalez.

Mississippi Val. then busted up the 1-1 draw on Bryant's 60th-minute goal, assisted by Lilly Gansauge.

The Delta Devilettes made it a 3-1 lead with a 78th-minute goal from Bryant, assisted by Gloria Martinez. Neither team scored again in the game.
