#UAPBFOOTBALL: SWAC Western Division Champions To Have Four Football Games On National TV

Birmingham, Ala.- ESPN Family Networks will feature the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (SWAC) Spring 2021 Western Division Champions on national TV broadcasts for four of its 11 games for the upcoming fall season.

The Golden Lions will have three of the four games at Simmons Bank Field, with two games on ESPNU and two games on ESPN Digital Networks.

UAPB is set to open at home against Lane College September 4 on UAPB Sports Network, their conference opener Thursday, September 23 (TBA) at home against Alcorn St. on ESPNU. Following their conference opener, the Golden Lions will play on ESPNU back-to-back as they travel to play Prairie View A&M Thursday, September 30 (TBA).

UAPB will return home on October 16 for homecoming against Southern U. and November 6 against Grambling St.  Both games are national televised on the ESPN Digital Networks. Kickoff for both games is set for 2 pm.

The Southwestern Athletic Conference national TV slate features 37 games, 12 non-conference games, and the Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship game on December 4, followed by the Celebration Bowl on December 18.
