Coming off a dramatic series win over Texas Southern in conference play, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff baseball team will now turn its attention towards an upcoming midweek game on the road against No. 19 Oklahoma St at O'Brate Stadium.
The Golden Lions will take on the Cowboys in a two-game series beginning at 6 pm today and Wednesday.

This is the first meeting between the two teams since 2012.
The Golden Lions are coming off a home series win against Texas Southern, going 11 innings in game three, with a walk-off single by junior Kacy Higgins.
Higgins leads the team at the plate ranks sixth in the conference, batting .373, followed by sophomore Karsten Vasquez, who ranks in the top 25 in the conference batting .278. Senior Nick Kreutzer ranks sixth in the conference in home runs with six. On the mound, Graduate Tony Horn Jr. leads the team with 22 strikeouts.
Oklahoma St. is coming off a three-game loss to TCU. The Cowboys are led by Christian Strand-Encarnacion, who is batting .370 with 12 home runs.
