JACKSON, Miss. –
-The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff women's basketball team fell at Jackson St. 81-48 Monday night.
The Lady Lions (2-11, 1-6 SWAC) had three players score in double figures, led by
Khadijah Brown, who had 12 points.
Maya Peat tacked on 10 points, seven rebounds and three blocks from the bench and
Ashlynn Green chipped in as well with 10 points off of the bench.
UAPB never led in the contest, as Jackson State started fast, leading 22-7 after one quarter and gradually extended its lead as the game went on.
