The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff women's basketball team will travel to Hattiesburg, Mississippi this weekend to play in the Lady Eagle Thanksgiving Classic.
The Lady Lions will face off against Southern Miss on Friday, Nov. 26 at 1 p.m. for their first game of the tournament.
On Saturday, Nov. 27 at 9 a.m., UAPB will match up against Southeast Missouri State for their final game of the classic.
UAPB is seeking its first win of the season still early in non-conference play.
Two Lady Lions are averaging double figures through the first three games.Â
Leading the way is Khadijah Brown averaging a team-high 17.0 points per game to go along with nine boards a game. Sade Hudson is scoring 12.0 points per game for the Lady Lions.
