The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff soccer team lost its final conference game on the road against Grambling State 4-0 at the Grambling Soccer Complex.
The Lady Tigers controlled the game's tempo, scoring the first two goals of the game to take a (2-0) going into halftime.
In the second half, the Lady Lions battled down the stretch before the Lady Tigers tallied two more goals to seal a (4-0) win.
Freshman Natalie Freeman led UAPB with two shots and two shots on goal. On the defensive side, goalkeeper freshman Kailey Wehrmann led the Lady Lions with six saves.
With a talented young program, the Lady Lions will focus on next week's Southwestern Athletic Conference Tournament held in Prairie View, Texas, Nov. 4-7.
