#UAPBVolleyball Three-Game Win Streak; Defeats Prairie View

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff volleyball team ends their road trip with a win over Prairie View A&M 3-1 (26-24, 18-25, 25-22, 25-7).

The win puts the Lady Lions back on a three-game winning streak.

The Lady Lions were led by Zyonn Smith who finished with game-highs of 15 kills and 25 digs. Jayden James and Kori Diego both added nine kills apiece in the match.

Keaundra Sykes finished with a game-high 22 assists for UAPB. Nikole Akamine added 18 assists to go along with 14 digs in the match.

Diego led the game in blocks with five, and Nyah Ellis added 20 digs to pace the Lady Lions defensively. 

UAPB will return to action at home on Friday, Oct. 22nd against Philander Smith.
