Jamie Gillan was named MVP for UAPB Football.

Q: How is life in the NFL?
A: Life is great! Great to be around these athletes and listen to the veterans!

Q: How does it feel that the world knows you now as the "Scottish Hammer & Golden Toe"?
A: It's cool and also funny! People have a good time using that name.

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: We don't have too much spare time at the moment! But when I do, I enjoy exploring Cleveland and catching up the supporters of the Browns.

Q: Name one of your funniest moments in NFL training camp?
A: During the 2 minute drill, were down by 2 points! One of the QBs screams "We want the Scottish Hammer ""drop kick this thing over and celebrate".

Q: What are your greatest strength?
A: Being able to learn from mistakes

Q: What is your favorite dish?
A: Cafeteria here cooked the tastiest swordfish I have ever had!

Q: What will you take from UAPB into your new career?
A: Coming from not having much, allows me to appreciate everything I receive here, from top to bottom.

Q: Leaving as the school record holder with the longest field goal and punt, what kind of advice you can give your former players and incoming student-athletes at UAPB?
A: Use these four years to become the best player you can be, when hard work and preparation, meet opportunity. This is dangerous, but only if you put in the time and the effort.
