Wade Garner was named MVP for UAPB men's Cross Country.

Q: Where are you from?
A: Barbados

Q: What is your goal for the future?
A: My goal is to be one of the greatest athletes the world has ever seen and to change the lives of many.

Q: What is your team nickname?
A: Weasel

Q: How does it feel to help UAPB men's cross country team bring the first SWAC Cross Country Championship since 1993?
A: It's a great feeling and an honor to be part of a great team.

Q: If you could be any fast animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
A: It would be a horse because I portray the characteristics with great stamina and speed.

Q: How does is feel knowing you will leave UAPB being one of the best 800 meters runner in the school history and why?
A: I feel good because I know that I have not ran to my full potential yet due to injuries.

Q: One word that describes Wade Garner?
A: Determine
