OXFORD, Miss. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff baseball team lost at #15 Ole Miss 12-2 in eight innings Tuesday night at Swayze Field.

Ricardo Sanchez homered, and Justin Robinson, Bryce Roesch, Nick Kreutzer, and Jarficur Parker each had a hit for the Golden Lions.

UAPB scored single runs in each of the last two innings. In the seventh, Roesch doubled to left center to lead off the inning and scored on Kreutzer's single to center.

In the eighth, Sanchez hit his first homer to season to right field with one out.

Tim Reynolds was stellar out of the bullpen in his first appearance of the season, pitching three innings of hitless relief, allowing one unearned run, striking out two and walking none.
