Golden Lions Fall At #15 Ole Miss

OXFORD, Miss. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff baseball team lost at #15 Ole Miss 25-0 Wednesday at Swayze Field.

UAPB's best chance to score came in the seventh when Davion White was hit by a pitch, and Jaques Palmer walked. Both runners advanced into scoring position but were left stranded.

Carlos Benoit was strong out of the bullpen for the Golden Lions, pitching 1 2/3 innings, allowing one hit, one unearned run, no walks, and three strikeouts.

UAPB will begin at three-game non-conference series Friday at Alabama A&M beginning at 3 p.m.
