CYPRESS, Texas – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff men's golf team defeated Texas Southern Sunday at Sterling Country Club.

Joshua McCray led the field by shooting one-under par 71 to win by over shot over teammate Tristan Maharaj. Grayson Martin finished tied for third at two-over 74. Niklas Frimodig shot five over 77 to finish tied for sixth. Houston Sowell shot nine over 81 to complete the scoring for the Golden Lions.

UAPB will compete this week in the Prairie View A&M Spring Intercollegiate.
