University of Arkansas At Pine Bluff football player Tyrin Ralph was named to the 2019 BOXTOROW All-American team.

Ralph (5-8, 170; Jr., New Orleans, La.) was named honorable mention All America as a punt returner, as he led the Southwestern Athletic Conference in averaging 10.5 yards on 14 returns this season. Ralph, who earlier this month was named first-team All-SWAC as a return specialist, had four punt returns of at least 20 yards, highlighted by a season-long 35-yard return vs. Grambling.

Ralph was a multi-purpose weapon for UAPB football, which posted a 6-5 record and the first winning season for the program since 2012. Ralph also averaged nearly 28 yards on nine kickoff returns, with seven of those returns of at least 20 yards. He also caught 27 passes for 283 yards and three touchdowns and rushed four times for 35 yards.
