Box Score The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff volleyball fell in four sets 25-13, 19-25, 22-25, 18-25 to Prairie View Sunday evening at the H.O. Clemmons Arena. 
 
The Lady Lions came out strong, taking set one before the Lady Panthers battled back to win three straight sets to clinch the conference matchup.
 
"We didn't come out and execute the way we're supposed to," said first-year UAPB head coach Chelsey Lucas. "We didn't match their energy throughout the game, but we'll learn from this."
 
Freshman Zyonne Smith had a game-high 18 kills, followed by Kaila Robinson with 13, and freshman Zyairie Garrit with 11. Senior Micayla Pope added 31 assists for the Lady Lions.  On the defensive side sophomore, Breana August contributed 20 digs, and freshman Samoana Poyer had a team-high three blocks.
