Soccer Falls To Grambling St. In Regular Season Finale

GRAMBLING, LA.- The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff soccer team dropped their final game of the season to Grambling St. 2-0 Friday evening at the GSU Soccer Complex.

With the loss, the Lady Lions are eliminated from the Southwestern Athletic Conference Tournament that will be held next week in Prairie View, Texas.

Freshman Kaylie Gabel led the Lady Lions with two shots and two shots on goal, followed by junior Claire Morales with one shot.  On the defensive side, freshman Trinity Taylor made 13 saves for UAPB, moving her total to 133 for the season.
