PINE BLUFF, Ark. - Despite trailing 14-9 at the end of the first quarter, Arkansas Pine Bluff rallied back en route to a 68-60 victory over Tougaloo College in the first game back in newly renovated H.O. Clemonns Arena. Sophomore point guard
