"We were in control of every set and we could not close them out," said UAPB Head Coach
Dustin Sahlmann. "We were not good enough as a team. However; this was the best we have ever played against TSU in Houston so it was disappointed to let it slip away like that. On a positive note, Britney broke the school career assist record. As her coach, that was great to see her achieve that mark because she has worked so hard and endured a lot to make that happen." said Coach Sahlmann. "She has always put the team first so it is great to see her get rewarded for all of that time and effort. Being her father, I am super proud of the type of leader that she is for her team. She is a great young lady and it has been awesome to watch her grow."
