FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Arkansas-Pine Bluff scored 39 second half points in a comeback attempt that fell short as it fell 92-67 to the Colorado State Rams at Moby Arena.

-Senior guard Martaveous McKnight, the SWAC Men's Basketball Player of the Year finished with 41 points on 13-of-27 shooting from the field, including 5-of-10 from 3-point range and 10-for-11 from the charity stripe
-UAPB trailed 47-28 at the half
-Sophomore junior college transfer Shaun Doss hit 6-of-10 free throws and finished with eight points
-McKnight led UAPB with six rebounds
-Quamauri Hardy finished with a team-high three assists
-Redshirt junior Chris Smith chipped in with a team-high two steals and added four points
-As a team, the Golden Lions shot 38 percent from the field
-All five of UAPB's three pointers were made by McKnight
