Box Score PINE BLUFF, Ark. (Jan. 24) - The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Women's Basketball team dropped their third with a 74-45 loss to Texas Southern, here Saturday afternoon at the H.O. Clemmons Arena.
 
UAPB (4-13, 2-4 SWAC) was led by Destiny Brewton and Shami Goodman as they both finished with nine points each for the Lady Lions, followed by Ajia Richardson with eight.  Carlisha Walker recorded game high 14 rebounds, while dishing out four assists and recording two steals on the season.
 
TSU (8-9, 5-1 SWAC) was led by Alexus Johnson as she finished the contest with a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds, followed by Briana Sidney with 13 points, Morgan Simmons added 12 points, while Dana Jones pumped in 10.
 
The Lady Lions will return to action on Monday, January 26 as they will host Prairie View A&M in a 5 p.m. start at the H.O. Clemmons Arena.
