Pine Bluff, Ark- In tennis action today on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, the Lady Lions hosted the Lady Trojans of the University of Arkansas- Little Rock.

The Lady Lions gave a valiant effort, but UALR was able to sweep the doubles competition winning the first match between Veronique Lukish and Michaela McShane versus UAPB's Fabiola Cardosa and Khadija Kenyatte, 8-3. The second match paired Viktoriya Plyuta and Yana Kakovina against UAPB's Monica Arcos and Maria Cabane, with the Lady Trojans taking that match 8-2.

 In singles action, UALR swept the Lady Lions in straight sets for a final score of 8-0. Next up for the Lady Lions is a March 26^th match-up against Harding University in Searcy, AR. The start time is set for 1:00 PM.
